Twist It Out
Grounding in nature, this practice focuses on twists and stability.
In this 50 minute class postures are focused on creating safe and stable twists. This class starts out low to the ground and slow then builds to a standing twist practice (no flow or quick transitions here!). Class peaks then has an extended cool down with gentle postures and a sweet savasana— with a little side of letting go.

Standing Practice
Grounded twisting postures. (*No weight on wrists)
This 40 minute class is designed to keep pressure off of your wrists and shoulders. It is a great option for giving your shoulders a rest or allowing time for an injury to heal. This class starts out with seated movement then builds to a standing practice with balancing (no downdogs or chatarunga here!). Class builds in sensation then has a steady cool down and sweet savasana with a self love meditation— with a little side of kindness to self and body love.

In this 65 minute class the postures are focused on created energy and sensation. This class starts out low to the ground and slow then builds to an upbeat flow followed by accessible backbends and sweet savasana— with a little side of self study.
