For this class, I recommend a chair without arms, two blocks and the chair on a yoga mat so it doesn’t slide around. This class is sensational even from a seat– with a side of self set intention.

This 40 minute class moves through hip openers, gentle twists and side body lengthening to gently release tension in the low back. The postures are focused on lengthening to release low back tension. This class remains low to the ground and slow— with a focus on contentment in stillness and sensation.
